Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OrderBridge ("the Service"), operated by OrderBridge ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OrderBridge helps merchants convert WhatsApp messages into structured orders, manage customers, products, and view analytics. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Subscription & billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription billed monthly via Paystack at the then-current rate (currently ₦3,000/month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights

6. Customer data

You are responsible for the personal data of your customers that you process through the Service. You must have a lawful basis to collect and store it and must comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

7. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and content of the Service are owned by OrderBridge or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
